Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I do!

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped every Thursday. So if you place an order on Thursday, or throughout the weekend, it will be mailed the following week.

You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped. 

*For pre-order items, shipping will be delayed until I receive the items from the manufacturer.

How long does shipping take?

For national (Spain) orders, it will take from one day up to two weeks. For international orders, it could take up to a month.


Shipping options / Does shipping include tracking?
You can choose between standard shipping and tracked shipping during checkout.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Only if the order isn't shipped yet.

I do not accept returns or exchanges once I ship out your order. However, if you have an issue with your order, if an item is extremely damaged, or if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please do reach out to me through the contact form or social media or write an email to me ([email protected]) so we can find a solution.

I will not be responsible for lost orders once they've been shipped. If your order is sent back due to customs, transportation, or delivery problems, I will be able to send your order again; however, you will need to pay for shipping again. Please do contact me if this happens.

When placing an order, please keep in mind that colours may appear different on your monitor compared to those of the real product.
