Only take refunds if the order hasn't shipped yet.
I do not accept returns or exchanges after your order has shipped. However, if you have an issue with your order, if an item is extremely damaged, or if your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please do reach out to me through the contact form, social media or email ([email protected]) so we can find a solution.
I will not be responsible for lost orders once they've been shipped. If your order is returned due to customs, transportation, or delivery issues, I will be able to send your order again; however, you will need to pay for shipping again. Please do contact me if this happens.
